London - 10 March - After the recent appointment of Desiree Lopez as CEO of TNS BMRB, Bruce Hayward has been named Head of Research.

Bruce Hayward brings over 25 years’ social research experience at BMRB and TNS, in the past few years leading TNS BMRB’s quantitative research division, with a particular focus on overseeing the design and delivery of National Statistics and longitudinal studies.

In his new role Bruce will expand his focus across TNS BMRB’s full research portfolio. With a remit to develop the agency’s offer in response to industry trends and client needs, Bruce will ensure that it remains relevant and future-focused, with best-in-class delivery. Bruce will also work more closely with colleagues in TNS Political & Social research businesses in markets across the world to support the company’s ongoing internationalisation and growth of its Political & Social practice.

Bruce Hayward said, “I am delighted to be taking on this new role and look forward to working with Desiree and the wider TNS BMRB team to ensure that the business continues to offer market-leading, innovative social research grounded in excellent delivery and client service. Having worked closely with TNS Political & Social colleagues in our European markets in recent years, I am particularly excited by the opportunity to work with colleagues in our emerging markets, and hope that I can contribute as much as I will no doubt learn from working more closely with TNS colleagues globally.

Desiree Lopez, CEO of TNS BMRB said, “Bruce is an immense talent and a core leader within the TNS BMRB practice. I am thrilled to appoint him into a new role which will see him expand his leadership in the UK’s Political and Social practice, ensuring we continue to provide both our clients and our staff the best in class methodological expertise, innovation and client experience.”
