London, UK (February 12, 2018) - Global research agency Kantar TNS today announced the appointment of Tom Crawford as Insights Planner, UK. Tom joins from Microsoft, where he held Customer and Market research positions for the last three years, two of them in Seattle, Washington. An expert in insight development, Tom led senior global teams of product, brand and retail research specialists. Prior to this, Tom worked at Nokia for 11 years.

In his new role at Kantar TNS UK, Tom will work with account teams to deliver compelling insights and drive strategic decision making for our clients.  He will also support the development of our offer, particularly in the areas of product and service innovation.
